In August of 2011 I launched the first ever barre n9ne® 60 day challenge program.
Fast forward to today, with a new name, this 2 month long journey still changes lives, bodies, and the way people look at food and exercise- forever!
I am so confident that the information contained in this program is the answer to what so many people want and are constantly trying to achieve- a positive self image and a positive relationship with food and exercise.
Over the last 12 years I have worked with hundreds of women and have noticed many common themes:
-To love what we see when we look in the mirror.
-To look and FEEL amazing in the clothes we wear.
-To be proud of ourselves and our bodies.
-To wake up with energy and be motivated each day.
-To not dread exercising but to actually enjoy it and look forward to it.
-To stop stressing over the foods we eat.
-To stop feeling like we are constantly on a diet.
-To be at peace with food.
My program is not a diet. It is a lifestyle dedicated to YOU and I will help you establish a solid foundation for long term success!
Yes, hundreds and hundreds of women have lost weight and inches through my 60 day challenges.... but what they have gained is the important stuff: confidence, feeling comfortable in their own skin, a new sense of self, new eating habits and most importantly a ton of new friends!
I have always said that our community of women is one of the best! Everyone is so supportive of each other, motivational, encouraging, and truly happy to celebrate each others big and small wins.

What you can expect with this program:
-A supportive community of individuals who will motivate you to stay committed to your health and fitness goals. These individuals will be working alongside you as they also aim to achieve their goals in a way that is stress free, fun, uplifting and empowering. They will celebrate all your wins- big or small - and will be your daily cheerleaders. (Does it get better than that?!)
-A dedicated professional that you can ask questions to anytime who is invested in your success and excited to help you achieve your goals.
-Informational videos that you can listen to (and re-listen to as many times as you want!) at anytime that is convenient for you. No need to come to an in person meeting. All the videos and information you need to be successful will be accessible to you as soon as you sign up!
-Each participant will receive downloadable charts to track your progress so you can monitor your results. Including but not limited to worksheets for tracking daily activity, water intake, weekly goals, 30 day and 60 day goals, and guidance on how to weigh and measure yourself if you so choose.
